Understanding your organization’s culture is not just helpful. It is a powerful tool for managing change that lasts. Using a toolbox developed by Harvard’s Dr. Ebony Bridwell Mitchell, I work with you to identify the components of your culture, and the levers that can bring about positive and productive change.
Teams, leadership and planning
Writing a strategic plan is the easy part. Moving it from ink to implementation is what decides whether it succeeds or fails. I guide you through building stakeholder partnerships and putting a realistic process in place, so the ideas that drove the plan become everyday reality.
Regaining respectful environments
We are living in an era when extremism is being normalized, truth is becoming relative, and appreciating other people’s perspectives is treated as a luxury. I partner with schools and organizations to build environments that are safe places for diverse groups to share experiences, and intellectual spaces where different opinions can thrive.
Leadeship Transitions
The period between one leader and the next is one of the most vulnerable times for any organization, and it does not always make sense to bring in an interim. I have worked successfully with leadership teams already in place, coaching them to manage the transition in ways that protect the culture and mission.

I have written extensively on the pitfalls and possibilities of technology in education, and I now focus on the ethics and morals driving the debate on artificial intelligence: how, when and why it should be part of every school’s curriculum. I present on these topics as keynotes and workshops, with energy and, occasionally, funny jokes.
